Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data CoinTrackerLab processes, why it is processed, which vendors are involved, and how users can exercise privacy choices.
1. Controller and contact
CoinTrackerLab is operated by CoinTrackerLab LLC. Registered address: 999 cito, San Francisco, CA. Privacy contact: cointrackerlab@proton.me.
2. Data we process
We may process technical identifiers, device and browser signals, consent preferences, IP-derived geodata, page interactions, and information voluntarily submitted through operational channels.
We do not intentionally collect special category personal data through public tools. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into calculators or free-text fields.
- Essential technical data: security headers, session integrity, language and UI preferences.
- Analytics data: page paths, interaction events, performance signals, and aggregated usage metrics.
- Advertising and affiliate data: ad impressions, ad viewability, ad consent state, referral click context, and campaign parameters.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Essential processing is used to operate, secure, and maintain the site. This processing relies on legitimate interest or strict necessity depending on jurisdiction.
Analytics and advertising processing rely on consent where required. When consent is not available, those scripts and related non-essential events remain disabled.
4. Vendors and recipients
Depending on your choices and the environment configuration, we may use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Google AdSense, and affiliate partners linked from clearly disclosed modules.
We may also use infrastructure and hosting providers to deliver the site, process logs, and enforce security controls.
5. Retention
Consent records stored in the browser are retained for up to 180 days unless you update preferences earlier. Operational logs and analytics retention depend on the configured vendor account settings.
We review retention settings periodically and aim to keep only the minimum data required for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, opt out of certain sharing, or request portability of personal data.
You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy preferences entry point available in the footer and legal pages.
7. International transfers and updates
Our vendors may process data outside your country of residence. Where applicable, we rely on contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards offered by those vendors.
